Australian Sara Connor has been locked up in Bali's notorious Kerobokan prison where she and British boyfriend David Taylor will await trial over the alleged murder of a local police officer.
Two months after the body of Wayan Sudarsa was discovered bloodied and covered in sand on Kuta Beach, Connor and Taylor were taken from Denpasar Police Station on Monday morning, where they have been held since their arrest.
Looking tense, the pair were driven in separate tactical vehicles to the District Attorney Office where they and a number of pieces of key evidence were handed over to prosecutors.
These included remnants of the clothes they allegedly burnt in a bid to cover up their crime.
Connor's lawyer Erwin Siregar said the mother of two from Byron Bay told prosecutors "I'm not guilty" when asked what she thought about the case.

"She's a little bit nervous. It's the first time Sara has had an experience like this," he added.
Taylor's lawyer Eric Sihombing said his client was in "good condition" and although he had written to Mr Sudarsa's family to express "regret over his involvement in this incident", he had not admitted killing the local cop.
After the pair were officially accepted by prosecutors they were taken to Kerobokan prison where they will wait to face court.
Mr Siregar said this could happen as early as the end of the month.
Ketut Maha Agung from Denpasar District Attorney Office said the pair would "most likely" have separate trials but with the same judges.
Prosecutors hope for the trial or trials to be completed within four months.
Connor and Taylor said nothing as they were taken through security into the jail.
They will face charges of murder, use of violence causing death and assault that caused death.
Earlier this year Bali Nine member Michael Czugaj was moved from the notorious prison due to overcrowding, officials said, while in December the jail's then-governor Sunarto Bondan was stood down after two inmates were killed in a gang fight.
Overcrowding is an issue that plagues prison nationwide. In June this year the number of people imprisoned was about 193,000 nationwide but jails had a capacity of only 119,000.
