Wales showed great form in the Rugby World Cup and the game will be a rematch of the Wallabies 21-18 win over the Welsh for third place in the tournament.
Michael Tomalaris will host SBS's coverage of the match, which forms part of the Wallabies northern hemisphere spring tour.
SBS welcomed the opportunity to broadcast the game, the network's head of sport, Ken Shipp said.

The Wallabies are ranked number two in the IRB World Rankings and have won their last three clashes with Wales.
The James Bevan Trophy rugby test between Wales and the Wallabies will be shown live at 1:15am (AEDT) Sunday, December 4, on SBS ONE.
