David Handley, the founder of the unique exhibition, says that Sculptures by the Sea brings something new every year.

"Every year people say 'What can be different?', but this year we have over 100 creative minds playing with this extraordinary landscape," he says.

"And this year 50 of the artists are exhibiting for the first time."

There are 106 sculptures on display, with artists hailing from 14 different countries including Denmark, England, Germany, Italy and India.

The Sculpture by the Sea exhibition will run until November 10.
