The search for a missing man, whose boat washed ashore in Victoria's southeast, has been suspended for a second night.
The missing man's boat was found at Wonthaggi, on the Victoria's Gippsland coast, just before 11.30am on Saturday.
A police land, air and sea search, assisted by the volunteer coastguard, was conducted during Sunday with flares and life jackets recovered.
"The search was called off late in the afternoon and water police will revisit and assess the next step forward in the morning," a Victoria Police spokeswoman told AAP.
