The federal seat Clive Palmer is vying for is now the only undecided electorate in Queensland.

The Sunshine Coast seat of Fairfax remains undecided after the Liberal National Party claimed victory in the north Brisbane seat of Petrie.

The LNP's Luke Howarth has edged out Labor incumbent Yvette D'Ath by more than 1000 votes.

Fairfax is still on a knife edge, with only 64 votes separating Mr Palmer and LNP rival Ted O'Brien.
