A second teenager has been charged in connection with the murder of Indian graduate Nitin Garg in Melbourne.
The 16-year-old boy from Yarraville has been charged with accessory to murder, and has been released on bail. Yesterday a 15-year-old boy was charged with murder.
21-year-old Mr Garg was stabbed on his way to work in West Footscray on 2nd January this year.
Police have said they don't believe race was a factor in the stabbing, which prompted a wave of protests in India over the safety of Australia as a destination for overseas students.
