Celebrations have only just died down after Cronulla's drought-breaking NRL premiership.
But veteran utility Luke Lewis said he already had plans to add to the Sharks' trophy cabinet, moments after re-signing for 2017.
Lewis, 33, confirmed on Thursday he had put pen to paper for a 17th NRL season after agreeing to terms in August.
He reportedly knocked back interest from South Sydney and Melbourne.
Lewis would have been forgiven for retiring after collecting the Clive Churchill Medal following the Sharks' historic NRL grand final win over Melbourne.

But the utility is not slowing down, admitting the World Club Challenge was firmly in his sights.
Lewis was unsure whether he would contest the traditional season opener, the Auckland Nines on February 4-5.
However, he was keen to run out against English champions Wigan on February 19 in the UK, especially after he missed the chance to claim a World Club Challenge 13 years ago with Penrith.
"It's always good to go over to England, experience their culture," Lewis told the Sharks' website.
"It's always a tough game. I remember I had the opportunity way back in 2003 and we lost so it's something I really want to do.
"Hopefully, we can bring that trophy back to The Shire."
Lewis said he finally had his head around what the Sharks achieved in 2016.
"The first couple of weeks (after the grand final win) were amazing," he said.
"But now that we are back in the nitty gritty of pre-season, it feels like years ago.
"Fingers crossed, when we get all of our boys back from England (Four Nations), we are ready to rock and roll in January."
Lewis' signing ensures 15 of the Sharks' 17 premiership-winning players will return in 2017.
He will join a Cronulla pack, boosted by the addition of Canterbury wrecking ball Tony Williams and Penrith's Jeremy Latimore.
Lewis' only complaint with returning to pre-season training was leaving his "good luck charm" behind - young daughter Hazel.
"Even with the grand final, she made my year," he said of his daughter who was born in April.
"I am not looking forward to returning to training just yet. I would like to spend a bit more time with her.
"But hopefully, there is another good year ahead with her by my side."
Lewis - a veteran of 17 State of Origins for NSW and 18 Tests - has played 76 games since linking in 2013 with the Sharks.
