The thought of copping another Ricky Stuart spray makes ex-Canberra forward David Shillington laugh.
Messages have also been sent to former Raiders teammates saying he wants to "run over" them.
And Canberra wrecking ball Shannon Boyd is in Shillington's sights - due to his weight.
It is fair to say new Titans prop Shillington is not fazed by Saturday's NRL return to the national capital.
Shillington said there were no hard feelings after leaving the Raiders where he had spent six years since 2009.
But it seems there will be no love lost when he reunites with an undefeated Canberra on the field.
Shillington insists his former Canberra teammates started the sledges ahead of their clash, but he did not exactly discourage it.
"There's been a little bit of banter already, it started last week actually," former Test prop Shillington said.
"A couple of forwards there I'm looking to run over and they're telling me they're going to run over me so it will be a great competition.
"(Canberra's) Paul Vaughan reckons he's going to run a lot of metres and I said we'd send a lot of traffic down his way.
"He said try and find him out on the wing so no doubt he'll be hiding out there."
Shillington even targeted colossus Boyd - in more ways than one.
"I will try to take down the big one Shannon Boyd," he said.
"He'd be about 120kg. Well he claims he is but I think he is 127kg."
Shillington could even see the funny side of Stuart's fearsome blasts - a skill the Raiders coach most recently exercised against an unsuspecting journalist after their 24-24 last round draw in Newcastle.
Asked if he missed them, Shillington laughed: "Every coach has a spray in them.
"I need one, it's not personal."
Shillington did admit his return had come sooner than expected.
"It is a bit of a weird feeling," he said.
"It hasn't felt like I left the club that long ago to be honest.
"But I am a Titan now, and we will be going down there to win."
Shillington has hit the ground running at the Titans, relegating the likes of NSW hopeful Ryan James and the seasoned Luke Douglas to the bench.
But he admitted the huge Canberra pack loomed as his biggest test yet in Titans colours.
"As big guys they take a bit of time to wind up, you have to get off the line and hit them with numbers," he said.
"It will be a tough job."
