Ben Simmons has helped maintain Louisiana State University's perfect home court record, top-scoring with 24 points in a comfortable college basketball win.

The 19-year-old Australian also bagged nine rebounds and seven assists as LSU cruised to a 100-76 win over Oral Roberts University on Saturday to move to 6-4 for the season.

Simmons scored 20 of his 24 points in the second half while Keith Hornsby and Craig Victor each had 13 points for the Tigers.

"It makes the game easier for the rest of us when he gets going," guard Hornsby said of Simmons.

"He is a great finisher at the rim and a great passer. When he gets going, it makes our offensive flow easier."
