Slovakia skinhead attacks finally probed

Police in Slovakia have finally launched an investigation into a number of attacks on students - but only after widespread media coverage of an attack last year.

A Slovak newspaper has published shocking images of skinheads beating students in the town of Nitra.

It's reported police failed to act against the skinheads who are members of a club linked to a far-right politician.

An investigation was started only after the images appeared in the media.

Our central Europe correspondent Kerry Skyring spoke to Santilla Chingaipe about the attack.
