A visiting politician from South Sudan's ruling party has praised the way SBS Radio helps new migrant and refugee communities to settle in Australia.
Dr Luka Biong Deng is from Sudan People's Liberation Movement, which has ruled South Sudan since it gained independence from Sudan in 2011.
He's also a speaker of the Dinka language, spoken by many members of the small South Sudanese refugee community in Australia.
In the recently-introduced SBS Radio schedule, Dinka was launched as one of the new language programs, to aid the settlement of that community.
Dr Deng told Kristina Kukolja it's an impressive way of helping Dinka-speakers in Australia.
