Success has many fathers, as Richmond's game-breaking move of Sydney Stack into attack shows.
Stack kicked four goals on Sunday to continue his stunning debut AFL season and Mabior Chol also was crucial as the Tigers broke clear of St Kilda for a 33-point win.
Coach Damien Hardwick said Richmond head of integrity Steve Wyatt was the unlikely source of the inspiration to have Stack spend more time in attack against the Saints.
That prompted Tigers football boss Neil Balme to laugh at the back of the room and say: "I thought it was me".
Regardless of who thought it up, the ploy worked beautifully.

With Richmond struggling early, Stack took a soaring mark and kicked their opening goal in the first quarter.
Hardwick said they took note of Brisbane's Charlie Cameron, who torched the Saints last week with five goals.
"We did see Charlie Cameron have a similar type of impact against the Saints last week, so that had something to do with it also," Hardwick said.
"He (Wyatt) is now in the coaching department as of next week.
"It was a good result this week - whether it's a result next week, we're not too sure."
It was Chol's third senior game and easily his best, with three goals and nine marks for the ruck-forward.
The Sudanese-born big man took full advantage of St Kilda's confusion at a boundary throw-in during the last quarter, strolling in for an easy goal that sealed the result.
"That's the exuberance of youth, the excitement they bring," Hardwick said of Stack and Chol.
"Sydney has obviously been a really good player for us this year and Marbs, we've sort-of hung on to because we can see what he can do.
"We can see why he's hung around our footy club. He certainly has some talent."
