Stanford twins due in regional NSW court

The young NSW men charged over the murder of bride-to-be Stephanie Scott are due to have their matter mentioned in court on Wednesday.

The man accused of killing NSW teacher Stephanie Scott is due to have his matter mentioned in a Riverina court.

The Scott family is expected to attend Griffith Local Court on Wednesday, where Vincent Stanford, 24, is facing charges over the sexual assault and murder of the bride-to-be in the NSW town of Leeton in April.

Police allege Vincent sent items belonging to Ms Scott to his twin, Marcus, who has been charged with being an accessory after the fact.

The men, who are both in custody, are expected to appear via audio visual link.
