Australian Chase Stanley is set to miss Toronto's crucial final match of the English Super 8s Qualifiers at Leeds on Friday through suspension.

The 29-year-old former St George Illawarra and Canterbury Bulldogs centre was handed a one-match penalty notice by the Rugby Football League's match review panel for a dangerous tackle during the Wolfpack's 20-12 win over Widnes on Saturday.

That win lifted Toronto into third place in the Qualifiers, which would be enough to take them into Super League in 2019, but defeat at Headingley would put their promotion hopes back in the balance.

Leeds, virtually assured of their place in Super League for next season, will be without prop Brad Singleton, who was given a two-match penalty notice for striking during the Rhinos' 34-6 win at Halifax on Sunday.
