Mitchell Starc has challenged a confident England side to live up to the hype ahead of Australia's must-win Champions Trophy clash at Edgbaston.
A second successive wash-out against Bangladesh has left Australia on two points after two games and needing to beat England on Saturday (7:30pm AEST) to advance to the semi-finals.
England beat Bangladesh in their opening match and have been transformed in the white ball game under former NSW coach Trevor Bayliss over the past two years.
The side that were humiliated at the 2015 World Cup are now a vibrant, confident outfit and tagged as favourites to win their first ICC 50-over competition.
However, Starc, who was back to his menacing best as he took 4-29 as Bangladesh were skittled for 182 at The Oval on Monday, said the world champions would love nothing more than to bring Eoin Morgan's side down a peg or two.

The left-armed paceman, playing only his second match since fracturing his foot in India in March, also said the match would be the chance to sow some seeds of doubt in the England batsmen's minds ahead of the Ashes later this year.
"I think our team respond well to must-win games," Starc said.
"It brings out the best in us and we've had success in tournament play.
"England are probably expecting themselves to win and have been talking themselves up in the media.
"They have that win on the board and are pretty confident with the way they are playing cricket.
"For us it will be about getting the win but also try and find some weak points in their side ahead of the summer ahead."
Starc struggled for rhythm against New Zealand last week but the New South Welshman believes he's edging closer to the form that made him the top-ranked one-day bowler in the world.
"I think the pace has been fine for me," he said.
"It's just being given the time to get some consistency back. The New Zealand game was my first game in three months.
"It would have been nice to get some warm-up matches in there ... but it's nice to get some time in the legs."
