States slam Trump's Muslim ban

Top legal officials from 16 US states have slammed President Donald Trump's executive order barring travellers from seven Muslim countries.

Attorney generals from 16 US states, including California, New York and Pennsylvania, have issued a joint statement condemning President Donald Trump's executive order restricting immigration from seven Muslim-majority countries.

"We are committed to working to ensure that as few people as possible suffer from the chaotic situation that it has created," the statement said on Sunday.
