Tight Adelaide bowling and a polished chase saw the Strikers ease to a win with five balls to spare in the BBL clash at the WACA Ground.
The Strikers were backing up after a 19-run win over the Melbourne Stars on Friday and remain undefeated following the four-wicket win with five balls remaining.
Adil Rashid (2-21) and Ben Laughlin (2-20) were instrumental in the Strikers restricting the Scorchers to 6-151.
Shaun Marsh top-scored for Perth with 47 with Voges (45) and Nathan Coulter-Nile (18) remaining not out.
The Strikers made a flying start to the chase with Tim Ludeman hitting four boundaries off the opening over from Joel Paris.

Wickets fell steadily but the run rate was kept largely in check as Mahela Jayawardene top-scored with 42 for the visitors.
The season-opener for the Scorchers got worse when Coulter-Nile appeared to dislocate his shoulder in the field.
They had started well with the bat with Shaun Marsh and Michael Klinger combining for a 41-run opening stand, but from there things declined with the loss of five wickets for 57 runs.
Captain Voges and Coulter-Nile did well late to take 34 from Kane Richardson's last two overs to at least post a competitive score.
Despite the Strikers losing Craig Simmons (1) and Ludeman (17) early, the runs were flowing for the Strikers. Travis Head made 22 before Jayawardene and Brad Hodge moved things along steadily.
Hodge did fall for 14 to a spectacular catch from 12th man Ashton Agar, but Alex Ross joined Jayawardene and they added 33 in 26 balls before English all-rounder David Willey had the Sri Lankan caught by Shaun Marsh with the score at 5-131 in the 17th over.
Ross kept his cool making 38 from 29 to get the Strikers within two before Adil Rashid hit the winning run to start the final over.
Adelaide take on the Sydney Thunder at Spotless Stadium next Monday while the Scorchers host the Brisbane Heat on Boxing Day.
Jayawardene was pleased with the all-round performance from the Strikers to give them an unbeaten start to the campaign and him the perfect start to his time in the Big Bash.
"It's a tough place to come and beat them here, but I think our bowlers set the tone up front. We kept picking up wickets and kept them to a decent score to chase," Jayawardene said.
"It was a bit of a tough wicket up front with the new ball, but we just had to weather the storm for a little while and then it was sensible batting at the end. We got a good start and we had to make sure we kept the momentum."
