Strikers sign England allrounder

The Adelaide Strikers have signed English allrounder Chris Jordan for part of the looming Big Bash League.

English allrounder Chris Jordan has been signed by the Adelaide Strikers for part of the Big Bash League.

Jordan will replace compatriot Adil Rashid while the legspinner is on tour with England in India this month

Jordan will play the Strikers' initial two BBL games against Brisbane and Perth before Rashid should become available, unless he's chosen in England's 50-over squad.
