A bruising Super rugby encounter in Pretoria has ended in the Bulls beating the Stormers 17-13.

Tiaan Schoeman's late drop-goal edged the Bulls home 17-13 after a bruising Super Rugby encounter with the Stormers at Loftus Versfeld.

Damian De Allende's late converted try dragged the Stormers to within a point of their hosts, only for Schoeman to cement the victory with his late strike.

Piet van Zyl claimed the Bulls' sole try, with Francois Brummer slotting three penalties, while Jean-Luc Du Plessis posted two penalties to add to his conversion for the Stormers.
