Police are investigating after swastikas were painted on three Brisbane homes displaying rainbow flags.

Another home, where rainbow flags were flying, had two windows smashed by rocks in a weekend vandalism spree, police said.

Anyone with information about the graffiti and damage at the south Brisbane properties are urged to contact police.
