A Sydney Catholic priest has been charged with child pornography offences.
Detectives raided a Sydney presbytery on Monday morning and arrested the 56-year-old man.
Officers seized a computer and electronic storage devices for forensic examination.
The priest was charged with four counts of using a carriage service for child pornography.
He was given strict conditional bail to appear at Downing Centre Local Court on August 26.
