Sydney restaurant destroyed by fire

A fire that destroyed a restaurant in the Sydney suburb of Lakemba is believed to be suspicious.

A Sydney restaurant has been destroyed by a suspicious fire.

Investigations are under way at the business in Haldon Street, Lakemba, while police appeal for witnesses to come forward.

The restaurant was closed at the time and nobody was injured.
