Syrian plight: Inside a refugee camp in Lebanon

Hundreds of thousands of Syrians have fled the fighting since the conflict began two years ago. SBS Reporter Luke Waters has been visiting a refugee camp in Lebanon.

The conflict in Syria has claimed over 70,000 lives since it began more than two years ago.

Hundreds of thousands of Syrians have also fled the fighting. Many are now in camps, on or near the border.

As recently as last month, some refugees were returning home, but a spike in violence has seen the end of that trend.
