Tapping into Azerbaijan's riches

According to the IMF, Azerbaijan has become one of the fastest growing economies over the past decade. But the country still remains overlooked by investors.

CNN's Jim Boulden reports that the IMF considers Azerbaijan and the surrounding South-Asia region one of "signigicant untapped potential".

Sitting on the coast of the resource-rich Caspian Sea, Azerbaijan has access to Oil and gas reserves, while students from the country's growing middle class are well educated, speaking Russian, English and Turkic Languages.

But even though the region has easy access to China, Russia and Western Europe, human rights groups say attempts at democracy among countries in the former Soviet block have 'long since deteroirated'.
