Teen charged over fatal Victorian crash

A teenager has been charged with 13 offences after the stolen car he was driving crashed, killing one boy and critically injuring another.

A 15-year-old boy has been charged over a crash that killed one boy and critically injured another in Melbourne.

Police allege the teens were travelling in a stolen car carrying six people when it crashed in Narre Warren South on Saturday night.

The 15-year-old, from Narre Warren South, has been charged with 13 offences including theft, burglary, dangerous driving causing death, culpable driving and reckless conduct endangering life.

He has been remanded to appear a children's court at a later date.

Two others, a 15-year-old girl and 19-year-old man, have been released pending summons for theft.

Police are yet to find a teen who fled the scene.
