A Perth teenager has died after crashing his unregistered trail bike into the back of a car while negotiating a roundabout.

A teen motorcyclist has died in hospital after crashing his unregistered trail bike into the back of a car while negotiating a roundabout in Perth's north.

The 17-year-old died in Royal Perth Hospital after the crash at Hocking on Thursday evening, police say.

The teenager's Honda crashed into a Mazda driven by a 38-year-old woman at the roundabout on Nicholas and Wyatt Roads.

Two people have also died and two others have been seriously injured when a car rolled near Port Hedland.

The crash occurred on the Great Northern Highway, about 10km north of the Pardoo Roadhouse, just before midday on Saturday, police say.

Two passengers, a 24-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman, died from their injuries.

Another female passenger, aged 20, and the 21-year-old female driver remain in critical but stable conditions at Royal Perth Hospital.
