Sophie Molineux has emerged as the teen queen of the opening weekend of the WBBL and has been tipped for imminent international honours by her captain.
The 18-year-old played a big part on Sunday in helping the Melbourne Renegades avenge Saturday's loss to the Adelaide Strikers.
Spinner Molineux took 4-18 as the Strikers were restricted to 6-128 at North Sydney Oval No.2.
The Renegades reached their target with three balls left, with captain Rachel Priest scoring a match-high 44 and Molineux finishing unbeaten on 28 off just 18 balls.
"To be able to play a role in a team like that is pretty special," Molineux said.

She also showed her class in Saturday's game, scoring a fluent 37 off 30 balls in an unsuccessful run chase.
"She just times the ball so well and I think if she's not in the Aussie set-up soon, then something is not right," Renegades and New Zealand international wicketkeeper Priest said.
"To be honest, I'm glad my career is coming to an end because I don't want to be facing her that often."
Molineux struck twice in her first over and the Strikers looked in big trouble at 4-35.
Internationals Sophie Devlin (41 not out) and Charlotte Edwards (31) sparked a Strikers resurgence, though Molineux again hurt them by running out the latter.
Priest paced the chase and England's Danielle Wyatt finished 34 not out and combined with Molineux to steer Melbourne home.
