Police say they tried to intercept the car at Eagleby around 11.15pm on Friday but were unsuccessful so tracked it using the PolAir chopper.
The car allegedly hit a police vehicle and another car before a tyre deflation device was deployed.
But the car kept driving on its rims until it came to a stop on the Pacific Motorway at Beenleigh around 3am.
