Telstra's McKenzie to leave after 12 years

Telstra's chief operations officer Kate McKenzie will leave the company in coming weeks after 12 years with the teleco giant.

Group Executive Global Enterprise and Services Brendon Riley will immediately take over her responsibilities while a permanent replacement is found, Telstra said in a statement on Monday.

Telstra has suffered seven network outages since February.
