Experienced company director Debbie Goodin has joined the Ten Network board in the last step of the broadcasters's top level overhaul.

Ten has reduced its board to six members since it formed a partnership with Foxtel in mid-2015, with former chief executive Hamish McLennan and Hungry Jack's founder Jack Cowin among those to depart.

Ms Goodin, who has executive experience in finance, operations and mergers and acquisitions at Coffey International and a subsidiary of Downer EDI, replaces Paul Gleeson, who has retired after 18 years on Ten's board.
