Tense situation in Tokyo

Recovery efforts in Japan's disaster zone are being hampered by fears over rising radiation levels, as more video emerged of the impact of Friday's tsunami in Sendai.

Some 250 km away in Tokyo radiation levels are rising due to a damage at the Fukushima nuclear plant and questions are being asked over whether the 30 km exclusion zone around the plant is enough.
