The impact of 9/11 on multicultural Australia

While the September 11 attackers were apparently Muslim, their actions left people of many ethnicities and backgrounds feeling under unprecedented pressure and scrutiny across the world.

In multicultural Australia, many Muslims and even some non-Muslims felt negative effects - sometimes abuse - though some say they've managed to turn negative into positive in the past decade.

SBS Radio asked some members of the Muslim and Sikh communities in Australia how they view the consequences of the September 11 attacks.
