A third man has been charged over the shooting murder of a Chinese national at a makeshift temple in Sydney's west.
Ying Luo, 31, appeared in Parramatta Local Court on Wednesday afternoon after he was arrested over the death of Qin Wu, 37, at a Guilford house on February 1.
Police have previously said they believe Wu was not the intended target of the shooting but was caught in the crossfire between two groups involved in a dispute.
Luo was charged with one count each of murder and shoot with intent to murder and was refused bail.
His matter was adjourned to August 1.
Luo's two co-accused, 35-year-old Jaiyu Liu and 45-year-old Ian Fan, have both been refused bail during appearances at the same court this week.
Fan and Liu are also charged with shooting at another man, who police believe was the intended target, with intent to murder.
The house, which is covered in colourful graffiti, was used as a temple and reportedly also as a meeting place for drug dealers.
The Guildford house was the scene of an unrelated murder three years ago when Zhen Fang fatally stabbed Ting Huang, 25, whose decomposing body was found wrapped in a doona in a car boot near Rookwood cemetery in Lidcombe.
