A 60-second horror film has won this year's international Filminute Awards for an eerie revelation that leaves audiences with chills.

'Tuck Me In', directed by Barcelona-based filmaker Ignacio F. Rodó, was adapted from a two-sentence horror story posted to popular social news website reddit.

The film depicts a father tucking his son into bed and kissing him goodnight. He makes for the door before the child says, "You forgot to look under the bed."

What happens next? Well, we don't want to spoil the surprise.

The film, which features Luka Schardan and Mark Schardan, has won several awards throughout the world, including film festivals in Spain, Germany, Sweden, Italy and Canada.
