Thomson speaks on FWA report

Embattled Labor MP Craig Thomson says he's yet to see the Fair Work Australia report into the Health Services Union, which has been referred to the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions.

Mr Thomson says he found out about the referral on Twitter, and has had no notification from Fair Work Australia.

He says it's incredibly frustrating that after four years it appears it's been sent to someone else to do exactly what the FWA was meant to do.
