A man is in hospital and three others have been charged following a stabbing in Sydney's inner-west.
Emergency services were called to Crinan street at Hurlstone Park at 9.15pm on Friday following reports of a an assault.
Police have been told a 24-year-old man was outside a house when four men and a woman approached him.
An argument allegedly broke out before one of the men assaulted and stabbed the 24-year-old in the abdomen.
He was taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
Three men have been charged over the stabbing.
A 33-year-old man was charged with multiple offences, including assaulting police and reckless grievous bodily harm.
A 19-year-old man was charged with reckless grievous bodily harm and affray.
A second 19-year-old man was charged with resisting police, reckless grievous bodily harm and affray. The trio were all refused bail, to appear at Parramatta Local Court on Sunday.
