Tiger Littlejohn in, Broncos trio return

Jack Littlejohn has been named to replace injured Wests Tigers halfback Luke Brooks for round 22 of the NRL, while Brisbane welcome back three rep stars.

Jack Littlejohn has been named to play to play just his second NRL game this year in place of injured Wests Tigers halfback Luke Brooks, while Brisbane welcome back a trio of representative players for round 22.

Littlejohn will line up on Sunday against North Queensland at Leichhardt Oval. His only previous game this year was when Brooks was suspended for the round-one win over the Warriors.

Robbie Farah has again been named in reserve grade.

Johnathan Thurston hasn't been named for the Cowboys, with Ray Thompson alongside Michael Morgan in the visitor's halves. But Cowboys coach Paul said his superstar playmaker could be a late inclusion.

Matt Gillett is expected to finally make his return from a shoulder injury, suffered in State of Origin II, for the Broncos against St George Illawarra on Thursday at WIN Stadium.

Sam Thaiday and Josh McGuire are back from suspension for the visitors.

Nate Myles and Matt Parcell return from injury for Manly for Friday's clash with Parramatta at Pirtek Stadium. Jamie Lyon hasn't been named as he continues to battle a calf complaint.

Greg Eastwood is out due to a hamstring injury for Canterbury's trip on Saturday afternoon to Newcastle. Tony Williams comes into the Dogs' side.

Canberra winger Edrick Lee is out due to a calf injury and has been replaced by his cousin Brenko for Saturday's match against Cronulla at Shark Park.

Greg Inglis returns from a three-game suspension and into the five-eighth role for South Sydney on Saturday night against Melbourne at AAMI Park.

Hooker Nathan Peats is back from a calf drama for Gold Coast's home match on Sunday with the Warriors.

Both Penrith and the Sydney Roosters are unchanged for the final match of round 22 at Pepper Stadium. Jared Waerea-Hargreaves remains sidelined for the visitors with a knee complaint.
