Wests Tigers NRL chief executive officer Justin Pascoe expects to name their new NFL-type general manager by mid-February.

Pascoe says the Tigers are being pretty aggressive in their search and have set a January 25 deadline for applications.

The Tigers on Tuesday announced a three-year partnership with mental health organisation beyondblue.
