In return for the club's NRL licence he's now prepared to erase their $3m debt and guarantee $100 million in sponsorship over the next decade.
If present sponsorship remains he would be up for $30 million indexed to the CPI.
Just two months ago, Knights chairman Rob Tew rejected a $10m offer from Tinkler.

But Tew has told Fairfax the new offer will be presented to a board meeting on Wednesday night, when other funding options will be discussed.
