The Gold Coast Titans have welcomed the NRL's ruling clearing the club of any breach of the salary cap.
But they say the fight against other allegations will continue in the courts.
Titans boss Michael Searle said the NRL recognised the issue for what it was - a "non-event".

'Serious issues at hand'
"The salary cap assertions have been disposed of, but there are still some serious issues at hand and they will be dealt with by the court," he said.
The club remains embroiled in a bitter dispute with builder Alex Simpson over payments relating to the construction of the club's multi-million dollar centre of excellence.
Searle said he was pleased the salary cap issues were now out of the way.
"We can now concentrate on playing rugby league and hopefully winning some more games, and reaching the semi-finals again in season 2010," he said.
