Tom Ford marries longterm partner

American fashion designer has showed off his wedding ring after marrying his longtime partner Richard Buckley.

American fashion designer Tom Ford has married his partner Richard Buckley.

Ford, who has been in a relationship with the journalist since 1986, showed off his wedding ring while at a question and answer event at the Apple store in London on Monday.

He said, "We are now married, which is nice. I know that was just made legal in the UK, which is great, but we were married in the States."

The pair welcomed a son, Alexander John Buckley Ford, in September, 2012.
