The small Pacific Island nation of Tonga is trying to encourage its citizens to quit smoking, and it's turning to Australia for help.
Two health workers from Tonga have taken part in training here ahead of the launch of their country's first anti-smoking telephone hotline.
Doctor Sarah White is the director of anti-smoking initiative Quit Victoria - set up jointly by the Cancer Council Victoria and the state's Department of Health.
She spoke with Greg Dyett about the transfer of Australian know how to anti-smoking advocates in Tonga.
