'Too few" early childhood services: SNAICC

The Secretariat of National Aboriginal and Islander Child Care says there are far too few of these services available and they are grossly underfunded.

And it says, as a result, many of the services are forced to cut programs and turn children away.

Chief Executive of the Secretariat Frank Hytten told Georgie Moore these services are crucial, but funding is uncertain.
