Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull says trade, investment and economic growth will be the centre of discussions when he meets Indonesian President Joko Widodo.

Mr Turnbull is in Jakarta for the start of a two-week overseas trip that will take in international meetings of the G20 in Turkey and APEC in the Philippines.

The prime minister said Trade Minister Andrew Robb will lead a very large delegation of more than 300 Australian business leaders to Indonesia next week for the Indonesia-Australia business week.
