Gold Coast youngsters Peter Wright, Jack Bowes and Ben Ainsworth have become the latest players to sign long-term deals with the AFL club.

Ainsworth and Wright have both committed until the end of the 2022 campaign while academy product Bowes will stay at the Suns until the end of 2024.

The trio join co-captains Jarrod Witts and David Swallow as well as Alex Sexton, Rory Thompson and vice-captain Touk Miller in committing their futures to the club.

Bowes, 19, has made 10 appearances in 2019 as has 203cm forward Wright, while Ainsworth has been an impressive performer in his eight matches so far this year.

Suns' list manager Craig Cameron said the signings were a vote of confidence in the club's future plans.

"We're focused on creating an environment for our players to thrive and that is only successful if we get a collective buy-in from our playing group," Cameron said.

"The players are really taking responsibility to help drive us forward and it's exciting to see."
