A Melbourne woman accused of murdering her three youngest children and attempting to murder her daughter will make another bid for freedom after her first bail application was denied.
Akon Guode, 37, faced the Victorian Supreme Court on Friday after being committed to stand trial for drowning her son, Bol, one, and twins Hanger and Madit, four.
Guode has pleaded not guilty to the charges, as well as a charge of the attempted murder of her six-year-old daughter, Alual.
Alual was the only child to survive when Guode's car plunged into a Wyndham Vale lake in April 2015.
Guode's bid for bail was refused on Thursday by Magistrate Carolene Gwynn, who said she had not provided sufficient reasons to justify her release.

But a day later her barrister, Julian McMahon, indicated Guode would apply for bail again.
"We'll be making a bail application in the near future," Mr McMahon told Justice Christopher Beale on Friday.
The court heard the trial would run for six weeks.
Justice Beale set a start date of January 31 next year.
