Turkey bomb kills 3 soldiers, wounds 6

In the second bomb attack in a day, three Turkish soldiers have been killed in southeast Turkey.

Three Turkish soldiers have been killed and six wounded in a roadside bomb blast in southeast Turkey.

The bomb, believed to have been planted by Kurdish militants, ripped through a military vehicle. said.

Military sources said the blast occurred around 1 pm local time in the Hizan district of Bitlis province, hours after a car bomb attack blamed on Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) militants killed three police officers and wounded 170 people in the city of Elazig.
