Turkish helicopter carrying 12 crashes

A Turkish police helicopter carrying 12 people has crashed in the eastern province of Tunceli, officials say.

Turkish media say the helicopter is carrying police and judges.

Heavy fog in the region made the rescue operation difficult, media reports said.
