Two young Sydney men have taken out Tropfest New York, winning a prize of $20,000 and a chance to meet some of the biggest names in the film industry.
In front of a crowd of 10,000 in Brooklyn, the two 27-year old filmmakers took out the top prize with 'The Unlikely Maestro,' an animated film about a rat who dreams of being a conductor.
It's just the second time that Tropfest has been held in New York and the night drew a crowd of 10,000 as well as some big stars.
