Two dead in Queensland crash

A 27-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman are dead after the car they were travelling in crashed into a pole in Queensland.

Two people have been killed after a car smashed into a pole in Queensland.

The 27-year-old man driving the car and a 20-year-old woman in the front passenger seat both died at the scene of the crash in Leichhardt, Ipswich, on Tuesday night.

A 29-year-old man travelling in the back seat was taken to hospital, where he is believed to be in a stable condition.
